YupVox provides an AI platform for text-to-speech, voice cloning, audio translation, and video dubbing. By accessing or using YupVox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. User Responsibility & Content Ownership

Users assume sole and complete legal liability for:

  • All input text, scripts, audio files, and voice samples uploaded to the platform.
  • All generated audio and video outputs created via YupVox (including Voice Cloning).
  • Any public distribution, broadcast, or commercial application derived from YupVox outputs.

Users agree to use YupVox strictly for lawful, creative, and constructive purposes. Misusing YupVox to generate illegal or harmful content is strictly prohibited.

2. Legal Compliance & Cybersecurity

Users must rigorously adhere to all local and international cybersecurity laws, intellectual property acts, and privacy regulations.

Strictly prohibited content generation includes:

  • Defamatory, slanderous, or harassing content targeting any individual or entity.
  • Fraudulent impersonation, financial scams, or deliberate disinformation.
  • Incitement of illegal acts, violence, or cyberattacks.

3. Voice Rights & Unauthorized Cloning Ban

Users may only upload voice samples or clone voices belonging to themselves or individuals who have provided explicit written consent.

⚠️ STRICT PROHIBITION:

Cloning voices of celebrities, public figures, or politicians without legal authorization is strictly forbidden and results in immediate permanent account termination.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

YupVox explicitly disclaims liability for:

  • YupVox acts purely as a technical software tool provider.
  • YupVox does not endorse, host, or assume liability for user-generated output.
  • All claims or damages arising from user-created content remain the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Enforcement & Zero Tolerance Policy

YupVox enforces a Zero Tolerance policy against any term violations:

🚫 1. Permanent Termination: Instant permanent account ban without notice.
💸 2. No Refunds: All paid fees and credits are forfeited.
⚖️ 3. Law Enforcement Reporting: Handoff logs and profiles to law enforcement if legal violations occur.

6. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

  • YupVox grants free trial credits upon new account registration.
  • Upgraded credits are credited immediately upon confirmed payment.
  • Consumed credits for completed audio renders are non-refundable.
