Service Usage Data: Text inputs provided for Text-to-Speech (TTS) synthesis, uploaded subtitle files (SRT/VTT), generated audio history, and Speech-to-Text transcription logs.
Technical & Device Specifications: IP address, browser type, operating system, timezone, and system interaction telemetry for network security.
2. Purpose of Information Usage
We strictly process personal data for legitimate, transparent purposes to provide and maintain user-facing features:
To operate AI Text-to-Speech (TTS), subtitle voiceover, audio translation, and audio processing tools.
To authenticate user sessions, maintain account security, process subscription billings, and manage credit quotas.
To send technical notifications, transaction receipts, security alerts, and customer support responses.
To maintain platform stability, service uptime, and continuous infrastructure performance improvements.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure
YupVox strictly complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
YupVox's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specific rules regarding Google User Data:
Google User Data Accessed: YupVox only accesses basic profile information authorized by the user via Google OAuth 2.0: Email address, Full Name, Profile picture, and unique Google Account ID for authentication; or selected text snippets within Google Docs / Google Slides that users actively choose to process via the YupVox Workspace Add-on.
Explicit Prohibition on AI/ML Model Training: YupVox explicitly affirms that Google user data and Google Workspace APIs are NOT used to develop, improve, or train non-personalized artificial intelligence (AI) and/or machine learning (ML) models.
No Data Sale & No Advertising: We NEVER sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third-party data brokers, advertising networks, information resellers, or for lending/credit-worthiness assessments.
Restricted Transfers: Google user data is only transferred to secure enterprise infrastructure partners strictly necessary to fulfill user-facing features requested by the user.
4. Audio Samples & Voice Data Security
Regarding personal voice models and audio samples uploaded or created by users:
Your voice models belong strictly to you and remain accessible only within your authenticated account.
We enforce TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and encryption at rest with strict role-based access controls.
YupVox strictly NEVER commercializes, sells, or unauthorizedly shares your personal voice samples with third parties.
5. Data Retention & Deletion Policy
We maintain clear guidelines governing data retention periods and user data deletion requests:
Account Data Retention: User account profile information (Email, Name, credit balance) is retained for the duration of your active account lifecycle to provide uninterrupted access to services.
Temporary Audio Files Auto-Deletion: Generated TTS audio output files automatically expire and are permanently purged from our storage servers after 5 days per system security and storage minimization policies.
User Deletion Rights & Procedures: Users have the right to request permanent deletion of their account, personal data, and Google account associations at any time by contacting support@yupvox.com. Upon request receipt, YupVox will permanently erase all associated user records from active databases within 30 days.
6. Third-Party Data Sharing Policy
YupVox pledges never to sell or rent your personal information. Data is shared strictly under limited circumstances:
Authorized cloud infrastructure and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing partners necessary for system operations.
When strictly mandated by applicable laws or legal government authorities.
