Data Deletion Policy & Request

YupVox respects user privacy. You may request deletion of your audio files, generation history, or personal data without deleting your entire account.

1. Stored Data Types & Deletion Scope

Users have full authority to request purge of the following data:

Audio Conversion History (TTS/Dubbing)

Input text logs, rendered MP3 files, and subtitle dubbing results.

Custom Voice Clone Models

Uploaded audio training samples used for custom AI voice clones.

Technical Logs & Session Specs

IP addresses, mobile device models, app identifiers, and access logs.

Favorite Voices & Preferences

Saved voice bookmarks and custom speed/pitch presets.

2. In-App Immediate Self-Deletion

You can instantly erase individual audio entries or clear all history directly inside the mobile app:

  1. Open the YupVox app → Navigate to History tab.
  2. Tap the 🗑️ Trash icon next to the task you wish to delete.
  3. The audio file and associated logs are permanently purged immediately from cloud servers.

3. Timeline Commitment & Security Standards

• Purge Timeline: All audio files and history logs are permanently expunged from cloud storage and databases within 7 business days.
